Object Impermanence

In Object Impermanence, five artists explore intangible shifts and subtle continuities as subject matter, bringing physicality to the essence of relationships, rituals, memories, and experiences that persist or transform over time. The body is present across the work— in figuration, materiality, and process that preserves human touch. Oscillating between parent, self, and child, or sanctity and mundanity, the artists use movement, adornment, and gaze in an embodied exploration of the metaphysical.
